1. Acceptance of terms

By using Image-lookup.com (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Image-lookup.com provides a free reverse image lookup tool. It lets you upload an image and forwards the image to third-party services (Imgur and Google Lens) so that visually similar images, related web results, and other matching information can be displayed to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload images that you do not have the legal right to upload, or that depict illegal content.
• Upload images containing personal data of other people without their consent, where such uploading is unlawful.
• Use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, or defame any person.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, including by uploading malicious files or by automated scraping at volume.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant the third-party image host (Cloudinary) and Google Lens the limited right to process the image solely for the purpose of performing the reverse image lookup. We do not store, copy, or redistribute your image.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers (Cloudinary, Google Lens, and, when enabled, Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content produced by these third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to any data they handle.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that reverse image lookup results will be accurate, complete, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image-lookup.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Image-lookup.com, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
